Mark Kennard

Principal

Mark has a true passion for scheduling and planning. He has led numerous capital projects across several market sectors in the Western United States. With his over 15 years of project controls experience and construction law knowledge, he has made AEC a recognized leader in quality and performance.

Todd Ravencroft

Principal

Todd is an expert in the construction industry with experience in a variety of projects, ranging from mixed-use and water infrastructure to healthcare and transportation. With over 20 years in construction planning and scheduling, Todd has effectively managed large capital projects.

SFO Terminal 3 West Modernization Project

  • Value: $1 Billion

  • Summary: The existing five domestic gates will be upgraded to accommodate both international and domestic flights. The project will include upgrades to the interior of Boarding Area F, a consolidated baggage handling system, a sterile connector to Boarding Area G and the replacement of the full façade of Terminal 3.

Apple Campus II

  • Value: $5.5 Billion

  • Summary: Corporate headquarters of Apple Inc. Located on a suburban site totaling 175 acres, it houses more than 12,000 employees in one central four-story circular building of approximately 2,800,000 square feet.

Sutter Women and Children’s Hospital

  • Value: $800-Million Lump Sum
  • Owner: Sutter Health

  • Summary: The new, eight-story, 395,241 sq. ft., 214-bed, Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center (WCC) is designed to be one of the leading pediatric and women’s health centers in northern California.
