Post-Construction Phase
AEC supports the owner, stakeholders and construction companies during this post-construction phase. We are often go-in-between for various stakeholders to assure that all best practices are followed and completed.
- Perform Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE’s)
- Assist the owner and/or prime contractor in the formulation of lessons learned
- Perform occupancy planning including development of move schedules, cost estimates, inventory lists, etc.
- Provide move coordination, relocation assistance, and/or furniture coordination
- Provide voice, data, and security coordination
- Review disputes and claims from the A&E and/or construction contractor(s), and provide assistance that the owner and/or prime contractor may require
- Prepare cost estimates for use in claims negotiations
- Perform forensic scheduling claims analysis
- Provide reports with supporting information necessary to resolve disputes or defend against
